WORLDWIDE COURSEWARE LICENSE WITH PTS LEARNING SYSTEMS

King of Prussia, PA, January 10, 1997 -- PTS Learning Systems announced today that for the fourth consecutive year it has been selected as Global Knowledge Network's PC training courseware supplier. Under the terms of the agreement, Global Knowledge Network will use PTS' CustomDOCä Courseware Library for its training classes in the United States as well as in training locations throughout the world.

The CustomDOC Courseware Library consists of over 100 titles covering all major software applications, including Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Macintosh, and Internet applications developed by Microsoft, Lotus, Novell, and Netscape among others. It also includes PTS' leading industry courseware compiling tool, CustomDOC, that allows for rapid customization of all training materials.
